was born in Washington, D.C. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Princeton University and his law degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. He has focused his practice on the representation of physicians, hospitals and health care professionals in medical malpractice litigation and in state licensure/disciplinary, and administrative proceedings. He also has significant experience in the defense of products liability and personal injury litigation, and with risk management and other medical-legal issues.
Mr. Beytin is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (past Chairman of the Medical-Legal Committee), the Florida Bar (Trial Lawyers Section and Health Law Section, past Chairman of the Risk Management Division), and the American Bar Association (Litigation Section, Professional Liability and Product Liability Committees).

was born in Kittery, Maine. He attended Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Mr. McLaughlin graduated cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Team, and a two time American Jurisprudence Book Award Winner. Mr. McLaughlin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. He practices primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and general civil trial law. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. McLaughlin has achieved recognition as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) for whom he has lectured on Practicing with Ethics, Civility and Professionalism. Mr. McLaughlin has been appointed as a Fellow to the Litigation Counsel of America in recognition for his excellence in trial, his integrity in practice and commitment to the administration of justice. He is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and serves as a Co-Chairman of the Professional Liability Committee. Mr. McLaughlin has received an award from The Supreme Court of Florida for his exceptional pro bono service and has been applauded for unselfishly giving his time and legal talent to those in need. He received an additional special commendation from the local Bay Area Volunteer Lawyers Program for his pro bono service. Mr. McLaughlin also received an award for Meritorious Public Service from The Florida Bar for serving on The Florida Bar Grievance Committee. He regularly lectures on all areas of trial practice as well as civility and professionalism. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer in his field of practice for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

was born in New York, raised in Florida, and educated at the University of Florida where she received both her undergraduate and law degrees. Mrs. McLaughlin graduated with her Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, and was the Collegiate Champion of the McGraw-Hill Public Speaking Competition. She was also the recipient of the R.J. Donald Memorial Scholarship Award for academic excellence achieved through the College of Business Administration. Mrs. McLaughlin was elected to Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma (business equivalent to Phi Beta Kappa) and Golden Key. While at the College of Law where she graduated with honors, Ms. McLaughlin received Book Award Recognition for outstanding scholastic achievement in Trial Practice and Legal Counseling.
Mrs. McLaughlin practices in the areas of professional liability and medical malpractice litigation, where she defends physicians, nurse practitioners, hospitals and other health care providers in negligence and wrongful death actions. She also has significant experience in providing risk management, defending Department of Health and other Agency actions and in general civil trial practice. Mrs. McLaughlin has been appointed and serves on the Executive Council of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. She also serves on The Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. Mrs. McLaughlin is often recruited to give lectures and presentations on various aspects of civil trial practice, medical malpractice issues and legal ethics and professionalism. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mrs. McLaughlin has served as a barrister in the Tampa Bay Inn of Court and Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. She is a member of the Trial Lawyers Sections of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

was born in Saint Petersburg Florida. He received his Bachelors Degrees Cum Laude from the University of Tampa. While at UT, Mr. Bolin was a scholarship student athlete on the Men’s Basketball team and received Academic All-Conference Honors and was nominated for University of Tampa’s Most Outstanding Senior Honors in 1999. He received the prestigious Washington Center Internship in Washington D.C. and interned for the Washington D.C. Corporation Counsel. After graduation Mr. Bolin attended Stetson University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate and Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy Cum Laude. Mr. Bolin was a member of Stetson’s Trial Team and won the ABA National Trial Competition in Chicago Illinois where he received the award for “Perfect Scores in Advocacy”. Additionally Mr. Bolin was a founder of the Stetson Ambassador’s Organization, a group dedicated to service to the University and the community. At graduation Mr. Bolin was the recipient of the Dean’s Award, the Ralph Harris Farrell Competition Award and the Victor O. Whele award for excellence in trial advocacy.
Mr. Bolin focuses his practice in civil litigation and regularly represents clients in professional negligence, premises liability, products liability and business litigation matters. Mr. Bolin is currently the Chairperson of the Professional Liability Committee, and serves on the Legislative Action Committee and Amicus Committee for the Florida Defense Lawyer’s Association and serves on the Legislative Sub-Committee for the Defense Research Institute. As a member of the Amicus Committee for the Florida Defense Lawyer’s Association, Mr. Bolin has authored Amicus Appellate Briefs in cases pending before various Florida State Appellate Courts, the United States11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. In 2006 he was named Florida’s “Young Lawyer of the Year” by the FDLA and has been named as a “Rising Star” by Florida Trend Magazine, Florida Super Lawyers and Florida’s Legal Elite. He is frequently asked to lecture on topics related to his areas of practice and has authored a number of publications and articles on topics relevant to professional liability defense and general civil trial practice.

Andrew Willers was born and raised in Kansas and moved to South Georgia in 1995. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University in 1999, where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. He moved to Chicago, Illinois and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from The John Marshall Law School in 2002, where he was a finalist in the Dean Fred F. Herzog Moot Court Competition. Following law school, Mr. Willers moved to Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002.
Mr. Willers is a general civil defense attorney with substantial experience in the following practice areas:
- Construction defects resulting in property damage/water intrusion, personal injury and death;
- Medical malpractice claims, lawsuits, appeals and administrative actions;
- The defense of professional drivers and trucking companies in transportation
related cases resulting in personal injuries and wrongful death;
- Product defect litigation resulting in personal injuries, death and property damage;
- Premises liability injury and death cases involving farmers, realtors, property management companies, construction companies, hospitals and retail businesses;
- Commercial litigation cases involving contract disputes and business torts; and
- Insurance coverage disputes.
Mr. Willers is a member of the Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyers Section, the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Carrollwood Community Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Disaster Legal Services Society. He is also licensed in the United States Middle District. He has also co-authored handbook chapters published by the Florida Bar on issues pertaining to presuit, vicarious liability, the Adult Protective Services Act and Amendment 7.

was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended Florida State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. While at Florida State, Ms. Osborne became a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa Honor Societies. She also interned with the Florida Medical Association in Tallahassee dealing directly with issues affecting Florida physicians and Florida Health Care. After attending Florida State University, she went on to complete her law degree at Stetson University graduating with honors. While at Stetson University, she was active in Stetson’s moot court program and lead Stetson’s trial team to multiple national and state competitions and was recognized for her achievements with the Ralph Harris Ferrell Competition award. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association and she is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Vanderbilt University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree with Majors in Biology and Political Science. Upon returning to Florida, she obtained an All-Lines Adjuster License and began working as a Claims Adjuster for AIG Domestic Claims, Inc. While working at AIG, she began to pursue her law degree at Stetson University College of Law. At Stetson, she was a member of the Client Skills Advocacy Board where she competed on the Client Counseling Team and ABA Law Student Tax Challenge Team. She was also a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity and selected for the In-house Counsel Internship. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. She currently practices in the area of Civil Litigation Defense.

was born in Durham, North Carolina. He graduated from Elon University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Minor in Political Science. David then earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson he worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Sixth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office and he participated in Stetson’s In-house Counsel Internship Program. He was also the recipient of the Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund Award and a member of the Maritime Law Society and the Business Law Society. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the St. Petersburg Bar Association. He currently practices in the areas of civil and corporate litigation, insurance defense, wrongful death, and medical malpractice defense.

grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While at BYU, Jonathan worked as a physiology teaching assistant and research assistant for various professors. He also volunteered with Project Read, an adult literacy tutoring program. Jonathan attended Florida State University College of Law, graduating in May of 2009. While at Florida State, Jonathan served as an executive editor of the FSU Business Law Review and was a member of various student organizations, including the Dispute Resolution Society and the Intellectual Property Law Society. In recognition of his academic achievements, Jonathan was on the Dean’s List and received the Patent Prosecution Book Award. In addition, he authored an article regarding international intellectual property treaty reform, which was published in the Florida State University Journal of Transnational Law and Policy. During his first summer of law school, Jonathan worked as a judicial law clerk intern at the First District Court of Appeal of Florida for both Chief Judge Edwin B. Browning, Jr. and Judge Charles J. Kahn, Jr.
Having lived for two full years in Spain after graduating from high school, Jonathan is proficient in Spanish. Jonathan is a member of both the United States Patent Bar and the Florida Bar.

was born in Tampa, Florida. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. While enrolled in Gainesville, Crosby worked within the University Athletic Associate as a video technician for the Florida Gator football team. Crosby also was a member of the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Tau Omega. Upon graduation, Crosby returned to the Tampa Bay area to obtain his Juris Doctor at the Stetson University College of Law. During his time at Stetson, Crosby excelled both in and out of the classroom, earning the Professional Responsibility Book Award and recognition as a semifinalist in the AJJ Yerrid Trial Competition. Additionally, Crosby supplemented his academic experience with internships under the Honorable K. Rodney May of The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida and the General Counsel of a Tampa based International Corporation. Prior to joining Beytin, McLaughlin, McLaughlin, Bolin & Willers, P.A., Crosby served as a clerk for two prominent Tampa civil litigation firms. He is a firm supporter of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the Academy Prep Foundation. Finally, he is a member of the Florida Bar and currently practices in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation.

was born in Newton, Massachusetts. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in Global Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. During her time at Florida Gulf Coast University, Ms. Faried was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Golden Key, and Phi Eta Sigma Honor Societies. She continued her education at Stetson University College of Law, where she concentrated her studies in Trial Advocacy. While at Stetson University, Ms. Faried served as Secretary for Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and was an active member in the Student Leadership Development Committee, Florida Bar YLD Law Student Division, and Stetson’s Trial Team. She also interned at the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Judge Amy Williams and at the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office. Ms. Faried was awarded the Victor O. Wehle Award and membership to The National Order of Barristers for her achievements in trial advocacy and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. Ms. Faried is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Florida Defense Lawyer’s Association.
